Rice and Noodle (Surrey)

A hidden gem in the midst of King George station. If you're craving for a taste of Asian fusion foods, this is the place to be. Must try their Laksa - right mix fo savoury & spicy (the photo didn't do it justice). Bonus points that the staff are also friendly and provides excellent service. Five stars all around.

I had Laksa for the first time in my life. I was so happy to see it on the menu. I was happy with the rich broth and the soft coconut flavor. Laksa spicy level 3 was good. The pineapple fried rice was also delicious. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Next time, I will come to eat Pad Thai that the staff recommended. I like the yellow art too.:)

We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and was absolutely delighted by the quality of both the food and service. We ordered the pineapple fried rice, laksa, and chicken yellow curry, and all three dishes exceeded my expectations. The pineapple fried rice was flavorful, with the perfect balance of sweet and savory, generously loaded with fresh ingredients and a fragrant aroma that made each bite a delight. The laksa was rich and creamy, with just the right amount of spice and coconut milk, making it incredibly comforting and satisfying. The chicken yellow curry was a standout as well—thick, aromatic, and packed with tender, flavorful chicken in a beautifully spiced curry sauce that paired perfectly with rice. The portion sizes were impressively large, offering great value for money. Each dish was filling and well-prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, making this a great spot for a hearty and delicious meal without breaking the bank. A special mention to Marlon, who provided excellent service throughout our visit. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed, enhancing the overall dining experience. His warm and welcoming attitude truly made a difference. The restaurant itself was spotless, well-organized, and had a comfortable ambiance. The cleanliness and orderliness added to the pleasant dining experience, making it a place I would definitely visit again. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—delicious food, generous portions, excellent service, and a well-maintained restaurant. Highly recommend!

Solid place with good prices. Chicken Satay was much more satisfying than others I've had. More like a chicken tender but still served with an excellent spice rub via a skewer and a creamy peanut dipping sauce. The Tom Yum rice Noodle soup was loaded with noodles and other goodies. My wife had the Green Curry with prawns and it also was yummy. Definitely a good fast casual place for a quick dine-in or takeout. Will be back.

Everything was great! Delicious, fast, great price and big portion I just hope the deep fry smell doesn’t stick to my clothes My suggestion: if there is any extra charge you have to clarify this when you offer the add-ons

Bomb noodles! Delicious after a long day of traveling. Even had enough to take home and eat again for dinner

Food so good we came back a couple of days later. Fully customizable for spice level and lots of dish options to choose from. We tried the peanut noodles, Pad Thai and the coconut soup and all were fantastic. Portion size is good and the restaurant is squeaky clean. Skytrain station (King George) is next door so super easy to visit this area with lots of great restaurants. Will visit again next time I am in town.

The pineapple fried rice with extra chicken and shrimp on an extreme spice range was too good. May be a spice range of 4 would be good enough. The portion size and flavour was really mouth watering. It’s on budget and recommended.
